1. WELCOME & OUR PROMISE

Who We Are: Welcome to Chinese Car Global (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are not just a website; we are your trusted bridge to the Chinese automotive market. Founded in 2008 and operating globally since 2016, we specialize in exporting brand-new vehicles (EVs, Hybrids, and Gasoline) from China to international dealers, fleets, and government agencies.

Our Commitment to You: We believe trust is built through action, not just words. These Terms are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent. 2. WHO WE SERVE (ELIGIBILITY)

Our services are strictly for international B2B buyers. By engaging with us, you confirm that you are:

  • A registered automotive dealer, distributor, or fleet buyer.
  • A government agency or corporate entity authorized to import vehicles.
  • An individual importer complying with your local country’s import laws.

Note: We do not sell to individual consumers for local domestic use within China. All transactions are for export only.

3. THE BUYING PROCESS (OUR PLAN)

To ensure your success and avoid confusion, we follow a strict 7-Step Export Plan. By placing an order, you agree to this workflow:

  1. Inquiry & Quotation: You request a quote; we provide factory-level pricing and availability.
  2. Order Confirmation: You confirm the order; we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI).
  3. Payment: You make the deposit/payment via secure, verified international banking channels.
  4. Verification: We conduct a rigorous Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). You receive photos/videos/reports before loading.
  5. Logistics: We coordinate shipping, customs documentation, and freight to your designated port.
  6. Delivery: Vehicles arrive at your port ready for clearance.
  7. Support: We provide after-sales assistance and parts coordination.

Deviation from this plan requires written mutual agreement.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Factory-Direct Pricing: Our prices reflect factory-level wholesale rates. They are valid for the period stated in the Proforma Invoice (usually 7–14 days) due to fluctuating currency and raw material costs.

Payment Security:

  • We accept secure wire transfers and Letters of Credit (L/C) from recognized international banks.
  • No Cash Payments: For your security and legal compliance, we never accept cash, cryptocurrency, or unofficial transfer methods.
  • Ownership Transfer: Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon successful loading of the vehicle onto the vessel at the Chinese port (FOB Terms), unless otherwise agreed in writing (CIF/CFR).

5. QUALITY ASSURANCE & INSPECTION (RISK REVERSAL)

We know your biggest fear is receiving vehicles that don’t match expectations. Here is how we eliminate that risk:

  • Brand New Condition: All vehicles sold as “New” are zero-mileage, factory-fresh units with full manufacturer warranties valid in the country of origin.
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): Every vehicle undergoes a multi-point inspection. We provide a detailed report including exterior, interior, mechanical, and electronic systems.
  • Approval Required: Vehicles are not loaded until you approve the PSI report. This is your guarantee of quality.

6. SHIPPING, LOGISTICS & CUSTOMS

Your Responsibilities (The Hero’s Role): While we handle the export side, you are the expert in your local market. You are responsible for:

  • Import Compliance: Ensuring the vehicle models meet your country’s safety, emission, and homologation standards (e.g., right-hand drive requirements, voltage compatibility).
  • Import Duties & Taxes: All tariffs, VAT, customs duties, and port fees in your destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Registration: Registering the vehicle for local road use is the buyer’s responsibility.

Our Responsibilities (The Guide’s Role):

  • Providing all necessary export documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).
  • Coordinating with reputable shipping lines to ensure safe transit.
  • Providing tracking information throughout the journey.

7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We aim for perfection, but we also value realism and clarity.

Order Cancellation by Buyer:

  • Before Production/Loading: Orders may be cancelled with a written notice. A restocking/administrative fee of [Insert % e.g., 5%] applies to cover reserved inventory and administrative costs.
  • After Loading: Orders cannot be cancelled once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Due to the nature of international shipping and customs, returns of vehicles are generally not accepted once the shipment arrives at the destination port.
  • Exception: If a vehicle arrives with damage caused during transit (covered by insurance) or if the vehicle specifications fundamentally differ from the agreed contract despite PSI approval, we will work immediately to resolve the issue via compensation, parts supply, or credit toward future orders.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any claim must be filed within 48 hours of container unloading, supported by photographic/video evidence.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on chinesecar.global, including vehicle images, descriptions, logos, and the “Chinese Car Global” brand name, is our property. You may not use our images or data for your own marketing without express written permission. We are happy to provide approved marketing assets to our partners—just ask.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We operate with integrity, but global trade involves variables outside our control (e.g., port strikes, natural disasters, changes in government regulations).

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Market Fluctuations: We are not responsible for changes in your local market value, resale prices, or currency exchange fluctuations after the order is confirmed.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the vehicle(s) purchased in the specific transaction.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To ensure fairness for both parties:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  • Amicable Resolution First: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 14 days before pursuing legal action. We value long-term relationships over litigation.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in [Insert City, e.g., Shanghai] in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
